Each experience is carefully curated with fun in mind while providing an insight into the vineyards, varietal characteristics, and cellar practices surrounding some of the best wines in the world.

Begin your 2022 NOWFE weekend with an intimate dinner in Copper Vine's upstairs dining rooms. Executive Chef Amy Mehrtens and Sommelier Emily Walker will delight guests with a five-course dining experience and curated wine pairings.
Special guest, La Crema Head Winemaker Craig McAllister, will share his expertise on La Crema's distinctive, balanced wines.

Through curated flights of wine and thoughtfully paired bites, we bring the winery experience to your table. One of Copper Vine’s wine experts will guide you through the vineyards, varietal characteristics, and innovative cellar practices surrounding some of the best wines in the world.
Tastings are held in one of our intimate dining spaces and can be private or semi-private for groups with a minimum of 4 guests.

Private Wine Dinners
Enhance your next dining experience with a private wine dinner. These meals are intentionally crafted to present the art of food and wine pairing in exquisite expression.
Each dinner features a custom, coursed menu with carefully chosen wine pairings. Our Somm will curate the experience to match your taste and preferences while highlighting unique and interesting wines from around the world.
These meals are private and can be booked for groups of 8 to 50 people.
